É sexta-feira (finalmente!) e além da semana acabar, vale lembrar que 2012 está ficando para trás e daqui a duas semanas e meia, vamos começar um ano novinho em folha. E enquanto as festas de fim de ano não chegam, nada melhor que reunir os amigos e espantar o calor com um bom drink. O de hoje é o “Fluer de Lis”, do restaurante Bagatelle, que é tão gostoso quanto bonito. INGREDIENTES

3 pedras de gelo
30 ml de xarope de maçã verde
20 ml de suco de abacaxi.
Espumante

MODO DE PREPARO

Em uma taça de champagne, coloque as pedras de gelo, em seguida o xarope de maça verde e o de suco de abacaxi. Complete com espumante e coloque uma flor comestível pra enfeitar.

Today is Friday (finally!) and besides the week ending, it?s worth to remind that 2012 is being left behind and two and a half weeks from now a fresh new year will start. While the holidays get closer, nothing suits better than getting a few friends together and saying goodbye to this hot weather with a good drink. The drink of the day is the ?Fluer de Lis? from the restaurant Bagatelle, that is as nice and pretty. Different and refreshing, this drink is very sweet and it?s a huge hit at the new hotspot in town.

3 ice cubes
30 ml apple green syrup
20 ml pineapple juice
Champagne

PREPARATION

 In a champagne glass, put the ice cubes, then the green apple syrup and pineapple juice. Complete with sparkling and place an edible flower to decorate.
