Mais uma sexta-feira e para animar o fim de semana de vocês a redação selecionou um drink que é sucesso absoluto – o Cosmopolitan. A bebida tradicional foi repaginada nas mãos do Barman Josias, do restaurante TRE , o segundo restô do grupo Tre Bicchieri, em São Paulo. Ideal para espantar o calor, esse drink é a pedida para o último mês do verão – que acaba no fim do mês! E como o tempo passa voando, a gente conseguiu a receita em primeira mão para que vocês possam fazer em casa. Olha só:

INGREDIENTES

1 dose de vodka (45 ml)
20 ml de licor de laranja (Cointreau)
30 ml de suco de cranberry
Gotas de limão siciliano (5 ml)

COMO PREPARAR

Em uma coqueteleira, misture o suco de cranberry, o limão, o licor de laranja e a vodka. Bata com muito gelo.
Sirva em taças de Martini.

Yet another friday and to cheer you guys up the newsroom selected a drink that is an absolute hit – the Cosmo. The traditional drink was totally renewed on the hands of the bartender Josias, from the restaurant TRE, the second bistro of the group Tre Bicchieri, in Sao Paulo. Ideal to frighten the heat, this drink is the answer of the last month of summer – that ends in the end of this month! And as the time flies, we managed to get the recipe so you guys can make it at home. Check it out:

INGREDIENTS

1 dose of vodka (45 ml)
20 ml of orange liquor (Cointreau)
30 ml of cranberry juice
Drops of lime (5 ml)

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail mixer mix the cranberry juice, lime, orange liquor and vodka. Stir up with lots of ice. Pour it on Martini glasses.
